Meet guide Marion at Ouril Hotel for a 3.5-hour walking tour through Mindelo’s marina, market, old town, and cultural sites. Hear a musician play Cape Verdean rhythms, learn six dances with instructor Noelisa Santos’s school, and hear about Cesária Évora and Praça Estrela. English, Portuguese, French, and German are offered.
